Flaring and Insertion Tool

Flaring tools are designed to spread the cable jacket for easier installation of the "F" connector on to the cable. The Insertion Tool has machined threads to match Series 6 and Series 59 "F" Connectors. The connector screws onto and off the tool and ensures proper insertion of the connector onto the cable. The flaring bit is safely embedded inside the handle for Series 59, 6 and 11 cable. When properly used, this tool will alleviate the bunching of aluminum tape behind the connector and is a must for flaring bonded construction-type cable.
